Hay y'all! Long time no see! I broke a nail a week ago and I think I have been in mourning for my long oval nails. I've painted them a couple times but I just wasn't really excited about it. Now I'm getting used to my little nubby squares and I actually am starting to like them a lot. I can type now! And I don't have to worry about breaking them all the time!
I thought I'd never want to start using fall colors and that I'd just want to use all neons and pastels and brights forever, but then all of a sudden our weather cooled off and I started craving dark colors. So then these happened!
The green is Zoya Shawn, the last of my Zoya BOGO colors that I hadn't used. It's beautiful and perfect just like ALL OTHER ZOYAS. The gold is Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear Golden-I, a really pretty gold metallic that only takes 2 coats for perfection.
I wanted to do some simple nail art, so I used my trusty little striper brush to freehand on a thin French tip with little hearts attached to it. I think it looks like my nails are wearing little heart crowns :)
I love this color combo, I think it looks so classy and fall-ish! What do you guys think?
Also, I know I haven't been posting much and that sucks! I have lots in the vault to show you guys and I accidentally bought a LOT of polish this weekend so I will be around a lot more coming up!

Very cool and I love the title of your post!!
